Dinesh Moorjani

Dinesh Moorjani is the founding partner of Time Zero Capital and an advisor to Warburg Pincus. He is an adjunct professor at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a regular guest lecturer at MIT and Harvard, where he also serves on the HBS California Research Center advisory board. Dinesh serves as a board director at the United Friends of the Children and the Organization for Social Media Safety, and serves as a board trustee for the University of California, Merced.

Dinesh founded several software and technology companies. He was the founder & CEO of Hatch Labs Inc., where he founded Tinder (NASDAQ: MTCH) in 2012. Dinesh served in numerous leadership roles at multinational corporations, including as Managing Director at Comcast Ventures, Sr. Vice President at IAC/InterActive Corp, and in various leadership roles at Samsung Electronics in the US and Asia. Dinesh served in board governance roles at Alight (NYSE: ALIT), Zoox (acquired by Amazon), and numerous technology companies, as well as on the advisory boards of American Express and Assurant.

Dinesh built his early career at Goldman Sachs, Mainspring (IPO 2000, acquired by IBM 2001) and in the Global Energy Practice at AD Little. He spent his formative years working in wastewater reclamation and conducting bioremediation research to cleanse contaminated water with a pulsed electric discharge reactor and microbial metabolization. Dinesh earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and his MBA from Harvard.
