Junxuan He

Junxuan He is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Xentury where he leads the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, leveraging his expertise in real estate, asset management and GP stake investing to identify and scale emerging GPs. He also oversees the investments of YS Capital (a family office) covering direct real estate investments, GP stakes, and fund allocations across various asset classes. Previously, as Head of Business Strategy at Periskop Partners AG (formerly DLE Group AG), he expanded the firm with a platform approch by anchoring new sub-GPs across diverse real estate segments including land, real estate debt, senior living, and logistics contributing to a €1.8 billion increase in assets under management. Junxuan graduated from ESCP Business School with a BSc in Management.
